Q. My child doesn't know their letters, how can you check his vision?

A. There are several different methods to determine vision and glasses prescriptions that do not involve participation from the child. We also have pictures for children old enough to use them.

Q: Can you bill my private insurance?

A: We do direct bill most major private insurance companies if you are set up to have direct online billing. We are committed to making the purchase of your new glasses as enjoyable and convenient as possible.

Q: I don't have any complaints; I see well, why do I need an eye exam?

A: Most eye disorders do not cause pain or other symptoms. Also, when detected early enough, many retinal problems can be treated to avoid vision loss. However, once a retinal problem has caused a loss in vision, it is almost never reversible. Early detection is vital to preserving good eye health and vision.
